Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
YAMAtune UK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
Incorrect Address & Re-delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send the items.
Damages & Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@yamatune.uk as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
