Delivery Charges

We offer Free UK shipping on orders over £50 Royal Mail delivery (2–3 days) to all UK Mainland addresses.
Delivery charges for international orders vary depending on the destination. See more

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order details are sent simultaneously to our sales and warehouse teams, and your payment will be verified promptly. Your personal information is handled securely throughout the entire process.

Stock & Dispatch

We do our best to ensure all listed products are available for immediate dispatch. Our warehouse team checks stock levels before packing your order. If there is any issue with availability, we will contact you as soon as possible.

All UK Mainland orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and delivered within 1–2 working days from the date your order is received.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are 100% happy with your YAMAtune purchase. However, if you would like to return your item for any reason, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us of your cancellation.:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In fully resaleable condition

Please include a note with your order number and whether you would like a refund.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@yamatune.uk as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.

For faulty items, return postage will be covered by YAMAtune. See more

Coupons & Discounts

Only one coupon may be used per order. Coupons and discounts cannot be combined. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
